• Mass it on a scale

• Find the volume in the graduated cylinder

• Measure the density

• Calculate the density

How do we find the volume on the pennies?

• measure the Mass on a Scale

• Add the pennies to a graduated cylinder of water and observe the rise of the volume

• Divide Mass by volume to find the Density of the pennies.

• Subtract the Mass from the density to find the volume.
