VOICED : Maduro felicita a Santo por proceso con ELN

Venezuela will act as a guarantor in the peace process between the Colombian government and the ELN, announced in Caracas. President Nicolás Maduro congratulated Colombian President Santos for his efforts in peace dialogues with the FARC in Havana. Maduro expressed his support for peace in Colombia, wishing 2016 to be the year of peace. He reaffirmed his commitment to support Colombia and the guerrilla movements seeking peace. The peace talks will be established in Ecuador at a date to be determined.
