VOICED : EEUU sanciona a 13 funcionarios venezolanos

The US government announced economic sanctions against 13 current or former Venezuelan officials, including military and police chiefs, for promoting the election of the Constituent Assembly and acts of corruption. This is the third set of sanctions by Washington, freezing assets and prohibiting business with Americans. Meanwhile, 13 OAS countries urged Venezuela to suspend the election, warning it could dismantle democracy. President Maduro aims to reform the constitution to address the crisis, but the opposition claims he seeks to remain in power.
