Golden tower proposed for Toronto

Associates plans to build a 79-story Golden Tower in Toronto, standing 260.6 meters tall. The building's exterior, resembling a pleated curtain, reflects sunlight to create movement. It will cover a gross floor area of approximately 121,009 square meters, featuring three levels of retail space and residential areas. The main lobby will have escalators to shopping areas and elevators for residents. The project includes a five-level underground garage and 500 bicycle parking spaces. Once completed, the tower will connect to Toronto's Bay Subway station.
