What is a Neutrino?

Neutrinos are particles that interact only via gravity and nuclear decay, making them invisible as they don't interact with light. Detecting them is challenging, akin to catching a bullet with a butterfly net. A common detection method involves using water tanks to observe Cherenkov radiation when neutrinos collide with electrons. The largest detector uses the Antarctic ice sheet. Neutrinos reveal that the universe is not symmetrical, as they are all left-handed, unlike other forces in physics.
