CLEAN : Wildfires hit S.African winelands, suburbs

A fire occurred on a train between Sandy Cove and Glencairn, currently under investigation as a crime scene. A local resident notes frequent fires in the area and mentions seeing suspects fleeing, but the terrain makes capture difficult. This fire, however, was caused by the train itself.
