Acraval Technologies, with NSF support, developed a solution combining nano suspension and thermoplastic polymer for superior shock absorption and flexibility. The polymer is durable, load-bearing, and moldable when heated. Unlike conventional soft polymers used in mouth guards, which require thickness for protection, this new material offers comfort and effectiveness. The Seesu Next Gen model, supported by NSF's Small Business Innovation Research Program, is now available, with nanotechnology as the next step in its evolution.
