The Palacio de Gobierno in Lima has become a relief center for organizing and packing supplies for victims of landslides caused by heavy rains in Peru. Immediate needs include water and food, as the situation is expected to continue. The most affected areas are Piura and La Libertad. Humanitarian aid is arriving, with 370 districts under health emergency due to stagnant water. The community's response has been remarkable, with over 30 tons of supplies collected daily. Since January, 78 people have died, and over 640,000 have been affected, with more than 100,000 losing everything.
