The Republic with No Borders | The Life & Times of Xenophon

Xenophon, a Greek philosopher and soldier, finds himself trapped in Persia after a series of battles. Initially joining a Persian prince's campaign, he becomes a leader when the Greeks are betrayed. Leading his men through hostile territories, they face numerous challenges before reaching the sea. Despite their efforts, Xenophon never returns to Athens, instead continuing to fight for Sparta and eventually retiring to write about his experiences.
