VOICED : Delegación del EZLN parte de México para gira europea

A delegation of 180 members from the Mexican ex-guerrilla group EZLN departed for a European tour to meet anti-capitalist groups. The group, including young men and women, left Mexico City for Vienna, Austria, and will visit around 30 European countries. The Extemporánea, a group of 39 young women, will reveal the Escuadrón 421, seven EZLN delegates who traveled by boat from the Mexican Caribbean in May and return on Saturday. Led by subcomandante Marcos, the EZLN briefly took up arms on January 1, 1994, resulting in a 12-day conflict with many casualties, mostly Zapatistas. A ceasefire led to dialogue with the government.
