VOICED : Policia detiene a decenas de jovenes en marcha en Venezuela

Venezuelan police detained numerous young protesters in Caracas during a march against the government. The protesters aimed to reach the Electoral Power headquarters but were dispersed with tear gas and pellets. Around 20 to 30 individuals were taken away in unmarked vehicles, raising concerns about their whereabouts. The police allegedly deceived the protesters, leading them to believe it was safe to leave their shelter, only to detain them. The protests, which have been ongoing for three months, demand President Nicolás Maduro's resignation and oppose his call for a constituent assembly. Since April, these anti-government protests have resulted in 82 deaths.
