VOICED: Breivik acusado de actos terroristas

Anders Breivik, responsible for Norway's deadliest attack since WWII, is charged with terrorism and murder. Despite killing 77 people, he may avoid prison due to being deemed psychotic and not criminally responsible. The attacks, a bombing and a shooting, are treated as separate terrorist acts. Breivik will face trial starting April 16.
