VOICED : Oposicion pide rebelarse contra Constituyente

Julio Borges, the president of Venezuela's Parliament, calls for rebellion against President Nicolás Maduro's proposal to form a Constituent Assembly, which Borges claims is a severe threat to democracy. Borges argues that Maduro's plan is a deception to prevent free elections. Maduro, however, states that the Assembly will replace the 1999 Constitution and include representatives chosen by citizens. Borges announces protests, including a cacerolazo and street blockades, to oppose the proposal.
