VOICED : Evacuacion masiva en cuatro ciudades asediadas de Siria

Thousands of civilians and fighters were evacuated from four besieged Syrian cities. An agreement among conflicting parties allowed residents from rebel-besieged Fuá and Qatraya, and regime-surrounded Madaya and Sabadani, to leave. Over 30,000 people are to be evacuated, starting with a prisoner exchange. Since the war began in 2011, several evacuation operations have occurred, mainly for insurgent strongholds. According to the UN, 600,000 people live in besieged areas, mostly by government forces, and four million are in hard-to-reach regions.
