Viking boats were essential for their exploration and conquests. These boats could carry 60 warriors and were known for their speed. They featured animal carvings, often of dragons and snakes, to intimidate others. The boats were cleverly designed with shallow hulls for river travel and bows at both ends for easy maneuvering, especially in icy conditions.
