VOICED : Al menos 40 muertos en ataque contra centro chiita en Afganistan

A deadly attack on a Shia cultural center in Kabul resulted in at least 40 deaths and many injuries. ISIS claimed responsibility, citing Iranian support for the center. The attack coincided with a ceremony marking the Soviet invasion anniversary. It is the deadliest attack since a similar incident in October.
