VOICED : Llego a Argentina expolicia de la dictadura Mario Sandoval extraditado por Francia

Mario Sandoval, a former Argentine police officer, was extradited from France to Argentina to face charges related to the disappearance of student Hernán Abriata during the 1976 dictatorship. Sandoval, who had been living in France since 1985, was wanted by Argentine justice since 2012. He is suspected of involvement in numerous cases of torture and murder during the dictatorship. After exhausting all legal avenues in France, including an appeal to the European Court of Human Rights, which was rejected, Sandoval will now be tried as part of the ESMA case, which investigates around 800 disappearances at the former Navy Mechanics School, a major clandestine detention center during the Argentine dictatorship.
