A car bomb attack in Mansura, Egypt, resulted in at least 14 deaths, mostly police officers. The Egyptian Prime Minister, Hassem Beblawi, labeled the Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist organization, though not directly blaming them for the attack. The Brotherhood condemned the bombing. Since the ousting of President Morsi, the group has faced significant repression. They have called for a boycott of the upcoming constitutional referendum, which is a step towards legislative and presidential elections in 2014.
