VOICED : Tribunal polaco rechaza extraditar a Polanski a EEUU

The Polish Supreme Court has rejected reopening the extradition case against Roman Polanski, who is wanted in the U.S. for a 1977 incident involving a minor. The case, initially closed in 2015, is now definitively closed without appeal. Polanski, who fled the U.S. after pleading guilty, currently resides in France and has not returned to the U.S. since. The victim, Samantha Geimer, has requested the case be archived.
