VOICED : Vino sudafricano se cria con musica clasica

In a South African vineyard, music is used to influence the winemaking process. Baroque and classical music are played continuously to the vines, a method inspired by its success with dairy cows. Although there's no evidence that grapes respond to Mozart, the vineyard owners have been using this technique for five years. The music is believed to positively affect the natural life of the plants, resulting in a smoother wine with less alcohol.
