VOICED : Oposicion venezolana protesta contra golpe chavismo reacciona

On Tuesday, Caracas witnessed two opposing protests against what was termed a coup. The opposition's march resulted in nine injuries, including a bullet-wounded deputy who is now safe. Police used tear gas, water, and pellets to prevent the march, which had a thousand participants, from reaching the National Assembly to oust Supreme Court judges. The Supreme Court had briefly assumed legislative powers and removed deputies' immunity. Protesters reported being shot at by 'collectives' allegedly armed by the government. Meanwhile, government supporters condemned an institutional coup at the OAS session against Venezuela.
