Guatemala volcano erupts, leads to 30,000 evacuations

The Fuego volcano erupted, sending ash 3 km into the air and creating lava flows. Located 16 km southwest of Antigua, the ash is being blown south, sparing the city. Evacuations are underway for 30,000 residents, and some flights are being redirected due to the ash cloud.
