A tentative contract was reached between a farm equipment maker and the United Auto Workers Union, offering wage increases and bonuses. However, the strike continues as workers review the deal. Over 10,000 union workers have been on strike since October 14th, following the rejection of a previous contract offer. This marks the first major walkout at the company in over three decades.
