VOICED : Piden habilitar a Evo Morales para otra reeleccion en Bolivia

Supporters of Evo Morales, including labor unions and indigenous groups, rallied in La Paz to advocate for his fourth consecutive term starting in 2020. They proposed a constitutional amendment to allow re-election, which would require a referendum after parliamentary approval. Morales, who began his third term in January 2015, was re-elected with 61% of the vote in 2014. He became Bolivia's first indigenous president in 2006. Despite his popularity, the opposition plans to challenge the re-election proposal in Parliament.
