It will operate without cars, streets, and carbon emissions, featuring a layered design for pedestrians and infrastructure. AI-driven transport and 100% clean energy will support 1 million residents. Neom, announced in 2017, spans into Jordan and Egypt, covering 10,230 square miles, funded by $500 billion from the Saudi government and investors.
