Cris, an astronaut, shares his experience of living on the International Space Station for five months. In space, gravity is not felt the same way as on Earth, causing astronauts to float. This affects daily tasks, making them more complex, such as eating. At bedtime, astronauts use sleeping bags attached to walls to prevent floating while they sleep.
