New York City Mayor Eric Adams Tests Positive For COVID-19

Eric Adams, a first-term Democrat, woke up with a raspy voice and tested negative for COVID-19 with a rapid test. However, a subsequent PCR test was positive. As a result, Adams canceled all public events, though he has no other symptoms. He plans to take antiviral medications. Adams was among many high-profile attendees at a recent Gridiron Club dinner in DC, where others have not contracted COVID-19.
