VOICED : Evacuan embajada israeli en Montevideo

The Uruguayan Police discovered a simulated explosive device near the Israeli Embassy in Montevideo. The device, found by the Republican Guard's dogs, was composed of an electronic element and a piece of detonating cord. It is believed to have been placed to test the response times of the Ministry of Interior and the Embassy's security. During the operation, several nearby streets were closed, and a tower of the World Trade Center was evacuated.
