CLEAN : Press conference: China orders US consulate closure in Chengdu

On July 24, China informed the US Embassy of its decision to revoke the establishment and operation license of the US Consulate in Chengdu, demanding the cessation of all activities. China attributes the current diplomatic tensions to the US and urges the US to reverse its erroneous decisions to restore normal relations.
