VOICED: Driving down pollution: the next-generation electric car

The Revolt car, designed in Switzerland and made in Poland, is an electric vehicle with three wheels and a 100 km range. It takes 4.5 hours to charge fully. Currently, only one charging station is planned in Warsaw, with free charging until mid-2011. The car is priced at €18,000 in Poland, higher than in Germany, with no government incentives for eco-friendly cars. The company expects most sales abroad, though the first customer was from Warsaw.
