VOICED : Artistas chinos en el Prado

A group of 18 Chinese artists are working at the Museo del Prado in Madrid to copy works by Velázquez, Rubens, and Goya. Their aim is to learn Western painting techniques and use these as educational material in China. The project involved over six months of preparation. The artists view copying as a dialogue with the masters, offering a more direct and sincere communication with the original artworks, which is different from viewing printed reproductions.
