I WONDER - Were Ancient Greek Girls Educated?

In Ancient Greece, education was gender-specific. Boys were mainly educated at home by their mothers, learning domestic skills. Girls, however, were trained to become wives and mothers, focusing on household management. Some girls from wealthy families received education from tutors, learning reading, writing, and mathematics.
