Ali Mohamed, 14, and his brother Madji, 7, lost their father in a 2016 airstrike in Yemen. They now clean car windshields in Sanaa to support their family. The war in Yemen, intensified by a Saudi-led coalition against Iran-backed rebels, has severely impacted children, leading to a collapse in social services and increased child mortality. The UN reports a child dies every 10 minutes from disease or malnutrition. Many children are forced into begging or labor as the conflict continues with no end in sight.
