VOICED: Colombia preserva lengua africana

San Basilio de Palenque, a Colombian village, preserves the Palenquero language, a unique blend of Spanish and African languages, created by escaped slaves in the 17th century. The language, once nearly extinct, is now taught to 400 students, highlighting its cultural significance.
