VOICED : Islamistas rechazan transicion

In Cairo, Mursi supporters protested against the transitional government, labeling it a false democracy. The government held meetings with EU diplomat Catherine Ashton. Protests continued throughout the day, with more than a thousand Islamists demonstrating in the city center. The Muslim Brotherhood organized further protests at night after Ramadan fasting. Clashes between police and Mursi supporters resulted in seven deaths. Since the military coup on July 3, over 100 people have died across Egypt.
