Japan and South Korea in row over radar incident

A South Korean destroyer allegedly locked its targeting radar on a Japanese patrol aircraft. The incident occurred near the Dokto area, with the Japanese plane in the Noto Peninsula airspace. South Korea claims it used a three-dimensional radar, not a targeting radar, and had no intention to track the Japanese aircraft.
