Google Asks North American Staff To Work Remotely Due To Coronavirus

Google recommends North American employees work from home until April 10th due to COVID-19. Offices remain open for essential workers. Tech companies in the Bay Area and Seattle also encourage remote work. Google ensures paid sick leave for temporary staff and vendors. As of Wednesday, over 1000 COVID-19 cases and nearly 30 deaths were reported in the US. The WHO has declared the outbreak a global pandemic.
