VOICED : EEUU avanza en remocion de trabas comerciales a Cuba

The United States has announced new export authorizations to Cuba, allowing goods and services for education, agriculture, food processing, and arts, as well as disaster preparedness. Licenses will be granted case by case, and financial restrictions have been eased except for agricultural products. This marks the fourth regulatory change since US-Cuba diplomatic relations began improving in 2014. However, the longstanding embargo remains a significant barrier to full reapproachment.
