Tanzania, Lake Manyara National Park

Lake Manara National Park, located in Tanzania's Arusha and Manara regions, is governed by the Tanzania National Parks Authority. The park features a narrow strip of land between the Gregory Rift and Lake Manara, a soda lake. It spans 330 square kilometers, with the lake covering up to 200 square kilometers during the wet season. Known for its flamingos and over 400 bird species, the park is a prime bird-watching location. Visitors can also see diverse wildlife, including leopards, lions, and elephants. A hippo pond offers safe viewing opportunities for visitors.
