VOICED : Ganancia de Petrobras caen 89,3% en 2do trimestre 2015

In Q2 2015, Petrobras reported a significant 89.3% drop in profits compared to the previous year, with earnings of $152 million, down from $1.4 billion. The first half of 2015 saw a 43% decrease in profits compared to 2014. The decline was attributed to extraordinary costs related to taxes and asset devaluation following a major fraud scandal, which resulted in over $2 billion in losses. Legal actions have been taken against four former directors and several construction executives.
