My students´potential is inherited and there´s nothing I can do about it

As a teacher I believe thatsome students can´t learn .!

I accept / give feedback and I think is the way to learn .

I´m content with what I know and challenges make me feel unsafe

There´s a lot I can do if I can praise , value and motivate my students

I trust my students will learn if I find the right path
