A pitched ball that comes off the bat, hits the Catcher's chest plate and is regathered in the Catcher's glove before the ball touches the ground is considered a Foul Tip.

An Arabic number of contrasting colour and at least 5 inches high must be worn on the back of all uniform shirts.

B3 at bat, with 1 out. R2 is on 1st base. B3 hits a ground ball towards F3 who is fielding behind the base line. The batted ball strikes R2 on the leg while they are off the base, before F3 can field it. The ball should be called dead, R2 declared out, and B3 awarded 1st base.

If an Umpire sees an offensive team player miss a base while the runner is running the bases, they should call a dead ball and declare the Runner out.

Umpires can be changed during the course of the game for any reason, but only with the consent of both teams.
