Scenario: 🔑
CS reached out to CB PSC becasue a customer has complained about her cancelled order.
Cutomer has proof that she chatted with the seller, and seller has confimed that they do not have stock of the pink basenet. However, when customer checked the website the pink basenet is still available. This prompted the customer to complain to CS, and had asked the CS agent to contact the seller and have the SKU taken down because seller had confirmed to her that SKU is out of stock.
