Fruits are a source of nourishing substances that keep us alive and healthy. For example, they contain many vitamins, especially vitamin A and C, and many minerals, such as calcium, potassium, and zinc. They also provide fiber for a healthy digestive system and carbohydrates that the body needs to make energy. They do not have a lot of calories to make us fat.
People use fruits for many things. We make juices from them. We cook bread and pie with them. We make jams and jellies. We freeze them to eat later. We even make alcohol from fruit. Beer comes from grains, wine comes from grapes, and some brandies are made from plums, apricots, or other fruits.
But most of time, we do not do anything special with fruits. We eat them fresh, just as they are.

2. Keep covered up. Floppy hats and large umbrellas work well and so do cover-ups. Long-sleeved cotton shirts are excellent for hiking, cycling etc; see your sports store for special brands that allow breathing as well as cover-up.

Follow the instructions on sunscreen carefully. Always reapply after leaving the water, as it’ll have washed off.
4. Don’t forget hard-to-reach places. Don’t forget to cover the backs of your knees, back of your neck, elbows and back of your ears (if you have short hair). Feet should also be included if you are wearing sandals, flip-flops or going bare-foot. Even these places can hurt a lot with sunburn.
5. Don’t lie in the sun purposefully seeking a tan. This is not only damaging to your skin but might burn you the first few times you try it at the beginning of the season. If you want to tan, do it gradually and sensibly, with short exposure and building up over time.
Put a small amount of oil or sunscreen in your hair so you will avoid burning your scalp. Or cover it with a hat. Some shampoos and hair conditioners contain SPF protection.

Let me tell you about my story. It happened 15 years old ago. We grew up in a beautiful family. My dad, mom, my little sister an of course me. I was rather spoiled child. Nevertheless, what made me upset the most was the fact that my mom never allowed me to play outside. I could only see the other kids running around, playing outside with their friends, and having fun. However, I thought there was nothing I could do about this.
My parents made a living from their own business. They owned a small restaurant. As the time passed, I started to understand the situation. The rent became more expensive and business slowed down. My mom and I had to help out once in a while. Actually, I enjoyed it. Answering calls, taking address, and doing a job like a worker did. Occasionally, the customers asked about my age. When they knew I was just about ten years old, they complimented me for doing such a good job and being so smart. I was so happy to know how to do something that the other kids at my age did not.

Firstly, people were baffled and amazed to see a flying iron in the sky. The unbelievable invention is a plane. However, people don’t know how a big iron plane can fly. Here is the explanation.
To stay up in the while moving forward, a plane needs air pressure under it’s wings. The high air pressure underneath the wings pushes the plane upward. The engine makes the plane move forward.
The shape of the plane allows air to flow easily over the plane’s smooth surface. It helps to reduce the drag caused by the air pushing against the plane. Consequently, this allows it to move rapidly through the air.
Engines help planes to move forward. The movement in usually called the thrust. By moving forward, it keeps the air flowing over the wings. This allows the plane to stay afloat in the air.
The writer intents to write the next to ....
Make people know about a plane
Retell the work of the plane engine
Explain to readers how a plane can fly
Give information about kinds of planes
Tell readers about the different things inside a plane
This helps to reduce the drag.
