Out-of-School module distribution can be adopted in small schools and mountain areas.

Failure to claim the modules, parents can ask for softcopies from the teachers.

All enrolled learners shall be given modules whether printed or softcopy.

URL/Links of SLM can be accessed by learners using online learning through the Division LRMS Portal.

The locally-made modules in Cebu City Division can be shared in any Division nationwide.

The learners are also encouraged to access Deped Commons, Youtube , recommended Radio and TV lessons for supplementary reinforce daily lessons provided by the Division.

The used modules/SLM of the Kindergarten to Grade 3 will be returned every 4th week of each month and will serve as outputs since the learners will write the activities/exercises on it.

The used modules/SLM of the learners in Grade 4-12 shall be returned at the end of the school year by the learners.

The compiled modules will become the learner's portfolio, reviewers, or references within the school year.

Maximum cooperation must be accorded to the learners by giving extension of the submission time.

The separate answer sheets of the activities and enrichment exercises as well as unchecked pre-tests and post-tests (written and performance outputs) of the learners in grade 4-12 shall be submitted to the adviser every 4th week of the month.

In this pandemic, teachers and school heads must ensure that learners learn and enjoy at the same time in accomplishing the modules by providing technical assistance.

Pre-tests and post-tests in modules shall be checked by the learners.

Only post-tests not including the pre-tests are recorded for the computation of learner's grade.

Lesson activities and enrichment exercises in modules can be checked by the learners themselves given the key to correction at the last page of the modules.

Lesson exercises and enrichment exercises are recorded as formative tests which can be included by subject teachers in the computation of grades.

The Quarterly Assessment / Periodic tests for this school year is not given and not included in grade computation.

The Deped, Cebu City Division has developed tools to monitor and evaluate learner's progress.

The locally-made modules are provided incase the ADM modules of the Central Office will not be provided on time
