Shelf life of Alapro is 545 days and 50% of shelf life is 273 days. If the remaining shelf life of the incoming alapro is 270 days, it should not be accepted by Mondelēz as it is considered near ex.

After several trials, some SMY Lugcaps are confirmed as rejected and will not be used anymore as it might lead to additional FG rejects. This SMY lugcaps should be blocked in the system.

Finished Goods in blocked location can be removed from provision as long as remaining shelf life is more than 50% and approval of Stevenson Go is secured.

We have low fat finished goods subject for Out of Specs (OOS) approval. We can remove from provision after confirmation and approval of Yacel Portula.
