Why do we have to make our Session Plan first before CBLM?
CBLM is like a module so we have to make this first rather than making session plan a priority.
It is necessary because it will serve as our script all throughout the training session.
Our session plan is like a lesson plan and it will be our guide for the training sessions.
Because it is the first requirement of being a trainer or an assessor in TESDA.
Why shouldn’t we include Basic and Common Competencies in our Session Plan?
Because these are already included in all preparation part of all qualifications and core competencies are the ones should be focused.
These two competencies are very important but they are not just included because the trainer told us not to.
These two are not important competencies at all so it is understandable to exclude them on the session plan.
Core competencies are the only important competencies among others.
If your chosen qualification is Bread and Pastry Production NC II, how will you get the total time for CORE COMPETENCIES?
Search for the total time and subtract it by half of its total.
