Friend 1: My mom got mad at me this morning for not cleaning my room.

Friend 2: Well, maybe you should clean your room as soon as you get home.

Friend 1: I spilled mustard all over my new shirt!

Friend 2: So what? What's the big deal?

Friend 1: My bike has a flat tire and my handle bars are wobbly. I wish I had a new bike.

Friend 2: You can have my bike.

Friend 1: My dad is leaving for a month to work in another state. I'm going to miss him.

Friend 2: Oh man, you poor kid. I feel so sorry for you.

Friend 1: I've got way too much homework tonight and I won't be able to watch the show.

Friend 2: You should just start your homework now and do it on the bus.

Friend 1: I just found out I have to get glasses and I don't want to wear glasses.

Friend 2: Whatever, it's not that big of a deal.

Friend 1: I fell at recess and my shoes are all muddy.

Friend 2: Here take my shoes!

Friend 1: I got a bad grade on my math test.

Friend 2: You should have studied more.

Friend 1: My mom is really sick and I'm worried about her.

Friend 2: It's not that big of a deal, she will get better.
