Our homes have changed a lot in the last 50 years and they will probably change a lot more over the next 50 years. In this article we look at what we think homes of the future will be like. Probably, the most important thing is that they will use all the newest technologies. Smart-home technology is technology that controls the lighting, temperature, multi-media, security, window and door systems. Smart phone apps already exist to control the energy you use in your home. There will also be robots in future homes. They will be able to do all the boring housework, and they will understand you when you speak to them.
