The purpose of this paper is to present the results of surveys conducted in the field of level of e-commerce services quality. The criteria of quality of e-commerce services were identified. On this basis the hierarchy of importance of the adopted criteria for e-commerce service quality were proposed.

Design/methodology/approach

The level of customer satisfaction was measured using the Servqual method. In order to compare two groups: the quality of e-commerce services before purchase and the quality of e-commerce services after the purchase, a student’s t-test was used.

This study was conducted to focus the influence and impact of parents educational level on students academic achievement at secondary level of education. The study utilizes the students results of the 9th class in secondary school certificate examination taken by the Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Dera Ghazi Khan. Oral interview, observation and a questionnaire were used for this study. This article tries to find out the impact of parental education status at students academic achievements of secondary school level. Research population was the students of different public and private high schools of District Rajanpur, South Punjab. 200 students of Grade 10th were taken as a sample randomly.

Researchers have attempted to explain the relationship between education and health by incorporating mediators—such as income—through which schooling affects health. Research has also shown that the education-health relationship varies across age and cohort. This article integrates these themes in an investigation of the role income plays in the changing relationship between education and health. Using data from the 1972–2001 National Health Interview Surveys, I find that the direct relationship between education and health is weakening across cohorts, while the indirect effect of education through income is strengthening across cohorts.

The study aimed at developing and testing an ICT-based instructional software called UBDGEOMESYS, to facilitate students’ learning of selected topics in Mathematics. It is a researcher-created program that uses a language known as Microsoft Visual Basic. The respondents of the study included 2 groups of second-year Special class students of Koronadal National Comprehensive High School (KNCHS). Data for analyses were the scores from tests administered before and after the instruction. Validity and reliability activities were done to ensure the quality of the tool. The evaluation showed that the ICT-based material was of good quality along with its content, technical and instructional value. The analysis also indicated that the learning achievement of students exposed to the instructional software (R2 = 0.284) was reasonably higher than those who utilized the traditional way (R2=0.05).
